KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD) received a credit facility worth IDR 300 billion from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP). The loan has a term of 48 months starting from the signing of the loan agreement.
Quoted from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) information disclosure, the signing of the loan agreement was carried out on March 22 2024.
Buana Finance Corporate Secretary Ahmad Khaetami explained that the loan facility would be used for the company's working capital needs, namely providing consumer finance credit and financial leases.
"This facility is guaranteed by the company's receivables," said Khaetami, quoted on Tuesday (26/3).
Previously, Buana Finance had also obtained a credit facility worth IDR 500 billion from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) or BCA. This facility has a term of 36 months.
"This credit facility will be used for working capital purposes for consumer financing," he said.
Since the beginning of 2024, the company has also received loan facilities from a number of banks. Among them is still a credit facility on January 12 2024 from PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk (BKSW) worth IDR 100 billion.
Then from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN) on February 29 2024, IDR 750 billion with a maximum tenor of 48 months and a current account credit facility of IDR 15 billion with a tenor of 12 months.
Then, a credit facility agreement was also entered into by Buana Finance with PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia with a total loan of IDR 200 billion, on February 16 2024.
Meanwhile, the total credit loan facilities received by Buana Finance until early March 2024 have reached IDR 1.05 trillion.
