KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk has obtained a new credit facility. The issuer with the stock code BFIN has signed a credit with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) with a total value of IDR 2.8 trillion.
Director of BFI Finance Indonesia Sudjono in the disclosure of information on the IDX explained that the credit facility obtained by BFI Finance was in the form of an installment loan 7 of IDR 2 trillion with a term of three years. This loan is used for working capital for financing businesses. Another BFIN also extended a multi-facility credit facility of IDR 800 billion.
Previously on April 17, BFI Finance had recorded sustainable bonds V phase IV with a principal value of IDR 1.6 trillion. This loan is offered in three series. Series A was released with a principal value of IDR 590 billion with a fixed interest of 6.1%. Series B was issued for IDR 385 billion for a period of two years with an interest of 7%. For series C, it was offered for IDR 625 billion giving an interest of 7.15% for a term of three years.
The ongoing public offering (PUB) of sustainable bonds V targets IDR 6 trillion. The total bonds that have been released are IDR 4.3 trillion. So BFI Finance still has the opportunity to release bonds of IDR 1.7 trillion until next month.
