KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) or BFI Finance will distribute cash dividends of IDR 32 per share from net profit for the 2024 financial year.

Based on the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Wednesday (14/5) BFI Finance stated that this decision was ratified at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on May 8, 2025.

The dividends will be paid to shareholders registered in the Shareholders Register on May 22, 2025, with the payment date scheduled for June 11, 2025.

For information, throughout 2024, BFI Finance recorded a net profit of IDR 1.56 trillion, this net profit decreased by 4.81% compared to the previous year which reached IDR 1.64 trillion.
