Astra Credit Companies Will Still Issue Bonds Until End of This Year

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Astra Sedaya Finance or known as Astra Credit Companies (ACC) stated that it will still issue bonds until the end of this year.

"ACC plans to issue bonds of up to IDR 5 trillion to IDR 5.5 trillion throughout 2025," said EVP Corporate Communication & Strategy ACC Riadi Prasodjo to Kontan, Tuesday (6/24).

Riadi said that ACC has issued Continuous Bonds VI Phase V worth IDR 2.5 trillion in the first quarter of 2025. He said that currently ACC is exploring the process of issuing Continuous Bonds VII Phase I.

Furthermore, Riadi said, ACC continues to monitor market conditions and yields periodically in planning the issuance of corporate debt securities until the end of this year.

For information, PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) reported that the issuance of debt securities by multifinance reached IDR 11.64 trillion until May 2025.

In detail, Pefindo Fixed Income Analyst Ahmad Nasrudin revealed that there were 3 multifinance companies that issued debt securities with the largest nominal value as of May 2025. He said that PT Astra Sedaya Finance (ASDF) was the largest issuance, reaching IDR 2.5 trillion.

"In addition, there is PT Federal International Finance (FIF) with the same issuance value as Astra Sedaya Finance. Third, namely PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) with a value of IDR 2.07 trillion," Ahmad told Kontan, Sunday (22/6).
