KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Federal International Finance (FIFA), a subsidiary of Astra International, is offering the VII International Finance Shelf-Registered Bond with a principal amount of IDR 2.5 trillion.
According to its prospectus on Wednesday (August 27, 2025), the bonds consist of two series: Series A and Series B, each offering 100% of the principal amount.
Series A has a principal amount of IDR 1.47 trillion with a fixed interest rate of 5.85% per annum. The term of the Series A bonds is 370 calendar days from the issuance date. The bonds will be repaid in full upon maturity.

Series B has a principal amount of IDR 1.03 trillion with a fixed interest rate of 6.15% per annum. The term of the Series B bonds is 36 calendar months from the issuance date. Bond payments are made in full upon maturity.
Bond interest is paid quarterly, three months from the issuance date, in accordance with the bond interest payment date.
The first bond interest payment for each series will be made on December 12, 2025, while the final bond interest payment, which marks the bond maturity, will be September 22, 2026, for Series A and September 12, 2028, for Series B.
