KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) has officially appointed Francis Lay Sioe Ho as its new President Commissioner.

This appointment has received approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through the OJK Board of Commissioners Decree No. KEP-236/PL.02/2025 dated August 22, 2025.

According to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) information disclosure on Thursday (August 28, 2025), BFI Finance Director Sudjono explained that the decision was received on August 27, 2025. Thus, Francis Lay Sioe Ho officially serves as President Commissioner of BFI Finance, replacing Kusmayanto Kadiman.

Francis Lay Sioe Ho's appointment replaces Kusmayanto Kadiman, with an effective term of office no later than six months from the closing of the meeting on January 30, 2025, he stated in the information disclosure on Thursday (August 28, 2025).

This appointment follows the results of the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on January 30, 2025.

Therefore, Francis Lay Sioe Ho is also declared authorized to act on behalf of the company both inside and outside of court, as stipulated in the Company's Articles of Association.
