KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. CIMB Niaga Finance (CNAF) has recorded positive performance in electric and hybrid vehicle financing over the past seven months. As of July 2025, total new financing disbursements had grown 114% year-on-year.

CIMB Niaga Finance President Director Ristiawan stated that total new financing disbursements for electric and hybrid vehicles reached IDR 712 billion. This figure represents a 114% increase compared to IDR 334 billion in the same period last year.

"The total new financing disbursements contributed 12% to CNAF's total new financing through July 2025," Ristiawan explained to Kontan, Thursday (August 28, 2025).

He stated that the company will continue to promote electric and hybrid financing by establishing and strengthening partnerships with manufacturers and dealers.

"CNAF is making these efforts to ensure vehicle availability and facilitate customer access to financing for environmentally friendly vehicles," he added.

He further revealed that the company is also offering special margins for the eco-friendly vehicle segment, starting at 0%, with down payments starting at 30%.

"Going forward, CNAF will continue to adapt to market movements and innovate to adapt to current trends," he said.
