KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, or Adira Finance (ADMF), announced the resignation of one of its directors, Harry Latif.

According to a disclosure published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (November 3, 2025), ADMF Corporate Secretary Veronika Dyah Puspitaningrum stated that the company had received information about Harry Latif's resignation on October 31, 2025.

"Adira Finance has received Harry Latif's resignation letter as Director of the Company through his letter dated October 31, 2025," she wrote on Monday (November 3, 2025).

Furthermore, to comply with Article 8 paragraph 3 of POJK 33/2024, the decision will be discussed at a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) in the near future.

ADMF further stated that Harry Latif's resignation will not have a significant impact on the company's operational, legal, financial, or business continuity activities. However, ADMF has not yet explained the reason for Harry Latif's resignation.

For your information, Harry Latif was first appointed as Director of ADMF through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 31, 2020, and took office effectively on August 25, 2020. His final appointment as Director of ADMF was confirmed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 27, 2024.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Atma Jaya University. He has extensive experience in the automotive industry since 1996, with a track record at several major companies, including Astra Honda Motor, Honda MCY, and Istana Mitra Sedani.
