CNAF Offers Sukuk Wakalah Phase IV in 2026, Targeting IDR 900 Billion in Funds

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance (CNAF) is offering a Public Offering of Sukuk Wakalah bi Al-Istitsmar Berkelanjutan I Phase IV in 2026 with a target investment capital of IDR 900 billion.

According to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) disclosure on Wednesday (February 11, 2026), this sukuk is part of a Continuous Public Offering with a total target fund of IDR 5 trillion. In this phase IV, the sukuk is being issued in two series.

Series A is being offered with a total fund of IDR 800 billion with a wakalah yield of 4.90% per annum and a term of three years from the issuance date. Meanwhile, Series B has a value of IDR 100 billion with a wakalah yield of 5.45% per annum and a term of three years.

The yield payments are made quarterly. The first yield payment is scheduled for June 5, 2026, with the maturity date for each series set for March 5, 2029.

CNAF stated that all proceeds from the public offering, after deducting issuance costs, will be used as working capital for Sharia-compliant financing activities.

This financing includes four-wheeled vehicles, property, two-wheeled vehicles, and Hajj and Umrah services, using Sharia-compliant contracts such as murabahah and ijarah muntahiya bittamlik.

If the proceeds from the public offering are insufficient, the company will utilize alternative funding sources, including internal cash and other financing sources. If the funds are not fully utilized, the company will temporarily place the funds, while maintaining security and liquidity aspects.
