Tifa Finance Secures IDR 400 Billion Loan from Hana Bank

KONTAN.CO.ID-JAKARTA. PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk has obtained a loan facility worth IDR 400 billion from PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia. The transaction value is equivalent to 32.83% of the company's equity, making it a material transaction according to regulatory requirements.

In a disclosure to the IDX published on Monday (July 6), KDB Tifa management explained that the loan was obtained under an Uncommitted Working Capital Installment (WCI) credit agreement signed on July 3, 2026.

This transaction does not require approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) because it is a loan received directly from a domestic bank. However, it is still required to be disclosed as part of a public disclosure.

Management stated that the additional funding facility will be used to meet the company's working capital needs.

"We chose PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia as the new creditor after considering competitive interest rates, a financing facility structure that aligns with the Company's needs, and KEB Hana's commitment to supporting the Company's funding needs," management wrote in the disclosure.

The company explained that additional working capital is necessary to enable the company to continue disbursing financing to debtors, including companies requiring financial support to carry out their business activities.

With this new facility, KDB Tifa hopes to maintain adequate liquidity, increase financing disbursement capacity, and expand its financing portfolio on a sustainable basis.

Furthermore, this transaction is also expected to strengthen operational capabilities and provide flexibility in managing the company's funding sources.

For information, PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk is a finance company engaged in investment financing, working capital, multipurpose financing, and Sharia-based financing. By the end of 2025, the company recorded total assets of IDR 2.04 trillion with total equity reaching IDR 1.22 trillion.
